QT Newcastle is a short walk (or easy Uber) from both venues, and it's where we'd suggest staying if you want to keep things simple.
Best way to book: search "QT Newcastle" on Google and book through Super.com for the best rates. A few alternative hotels nearby work just as well if QT is booked out.

Newcastle is an easy, affordable flight from most Australian capital cities, and a straightforward drive from Sydney.
We're based right in town for the two days, with beautiful walks and good restaurants nearby whenever you get a break.
Steve Williams
Steve founded In Demand Buyers Agent after building his own buyers agency from the ground up, using the same acquisition systems he now teaches. He's a former zoo manager and 15+ year property investor who came to real estate a different way, and it shows in how he approaches marketing.
He now works with buyers agents around Australia to help them build consistent client acquisition systems, so their business runs on more than referrals and good timing.
